3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments).

  • By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the session.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

  • Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Training packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, health, and history

  • To follow training guidance and instructions consistently

  • To ensure your dog is up to date on vaccinations 

  • That you are responsible for your dog at all times unless otherwise agreed

7. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury to people or other animals

  • Property damage

  • Unpredictable behavior

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community K9 Dog Training shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from services

You agree to release and hold harmless Community K9 Dog Training from any claims related to participation in training services.

9. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific training outcomes. Success depends on factors including:

  • Owner consistency

  • Dog temperament

  • Environment and lifestyle
